I have a rug with square...I really like this idea! I have a rug with squares as well (mine looks a little different). We call ours the "Magic Carpet" because that is where all the "magic" happens in our classroom! Cheesy, I know, but the kiddos really buy into it! Anytime the kiddos can get up and moving (not to mention throw things) they love it!
