    Just had to tell you that I discovered skinnytaste.com today and was stalking it all day. Tonight I made the no bake cheesecake and it was yummy! Tomorrow its cuban sandwich quessadillas.

    Marlene... I LOVE that no bake cheesecake! My husband and I had the chicken parmigiana burgers for lunch today and the spinach spaghetti and meatballs for dinner! YUM!

    I'll have to check out the Cuban sandwich quesadillas!
