Now, don't get me wrong, I enjoy a good snow day or two. But this is getting silly. I want to go teach my kiddos!
I am having some accomplishing snow days, however.
This is my agenda:
I've also finished the 1st grade GRAMMAR Snapshots!!!! This pack has 46 quick to give and easy to grade assessments connected to 1st grade Language standards!
Find it on TpT
You can win the 1st grade bundle! Or, if you don't teach 1st grade, you can win the 2nd or 3rd grade bundle! All you have to do is head to my FACEBOOK page and leave a comment on the post about this giveaway... I'll pick a winner later on tonight and send you the bundle of your choice!
Each bundle has grammar, math, and comprehension assessments connected to 1st or 2nd/3rd grade standards! Whoo hoo!
If you're off today, enjoy... drop me a comment and let me know how you're spending your snow day... and if you're in school I hate to say it but I'm jealous!
You can find the link to my blog's FB page up at the top of my page- below my banner!
I am south of you in northwest Indiana. It's Day 5 for us in the month of January. Brrr! Because I expect to have school tomorrow, I am redoing lesson plans to accommodate the short week. I just wanted to chime in because I already am the proud owner of two of the three in the bundle pack. I use the math and grammar snapshots quite frequently. I appreciate your wonderful ideas and creations.
ReplyDeleteI don't know why it has my daughter, Kelley's name. I keep trying to change it. {Deb}
ReplyDeleteI am in southwestern Ohio and we are on day 6! We have had two hour delays all last week and yesterday. Not sure what is going to happen tomorrow! I have not had a normal week since before CHRISTMAS! I am ready for some normal teaching! I am at school today but not with kiddos. Got to work on grade cards..fun. Not!
ReplyDeleteI am in the southwest Michigan area also and am ready to get back to work (four snow days in a row)! I use the grammar snapshots and love them.
ReplyDeleteWe are on day 5 and tomorrow will be day 6. The district already informed parents yesterday at noon time.it was -15 at my house this morning. Great giveaway! I am not on Facebook but wish I could participate..Enjoy the day!
ReplyDeleteI am up here in Wisconsin and it is the fourth day instead of 5 (inservice) that our kiddos had a "cold" day. I woke up to -20 with wind chills at -40. I too am trying to figure out a new STEM class I am teaching after school in two weeks. Enjoy the day off.

From the below freezing temps and white country roads-- we won't be going tomorrow either!! I like a day off every now and then too - but I'm ready to get back! :)
