Ok. Don't lie. You have a pile of classroom stuff you've made or bought this summer that you haven't taken to school yet. And it's somewhere in your house. Taking over.
Come show it off in this linky party so the rest of us don't feel so bad about OUR piles!
Ok... take a deep breath...
Here is mine stacked on, above, and next to my china cabinet. Word of warning to you... it's bad.
I've got books, pillows, a cute chevron lamp, baskets, buckets, containers of all sizes, Target stuff... so much to take to school! I am counting the days until the cleaning is done so I can get in and get to work! Should be about another week or so.
So, link up! Grab the button and show us your piles... help us all feel like we are not alone!
PS- Comment #29, Amy from 3 Teacher Chicks, wins my Homework Club pack! Everyone left really good comments about how they do homework and reward homework... so you should definitely check out the comments from
yesterday's post! And you can check out my "Homework Club" pack on TpT by

haha does it have to be neat? Mine is crazy messy!
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting! Mine isn't as bad as last year - but it could be because other family stuff is all over the dining room table, so school stuff needs to be on the floor.
ReplyDeleteYay!!! I won, I won! I never win! Here is my email teacherchicksblog@yahoo.com! Thank you so so much!

Wow, seeing the other piles make me not feel as bad about my school hoarding. But mine is still pretty bad. I'm just happy the hubster doesn't complain about it! :)

Oh my goodness I'd have to give you an entire house tour of all the stuff I have bought and shoved into every nook since I don't have a classroom yet!

If only I were home so I could take a picture of my storage unit! bahaha :)
ReplyDeleteI love this idea! My pile is still pretty contained but ever growing. I've just really started planning this weekend, so between that and the starts of BTS sales I'm sure it'll keep growing!

At least your stuff is contained to one area! I had to go on a tour of my house to find all the piles... :/

This is the best linky! I'm not sure I'm ready to share yet. I am glad to see the comments about Big Lots, I don't get in there often and now know that they should have some good containers. My daughter is so(not) excited about our trip this afternoon.
ReplyDeleteI love this linky! Thank you so much...It is the most fun I've had writing in a long time!!

I just found your blog through someone else's blog and I love it! This link-up speaks to me on a deep level... It makes me feel better that I'm not the only one filling up my house with teacher "stuff." I'll have to take some photos and link up!
